The pre-registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. We advise confirming your commitment to the course before making this payment.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
If the course start date is delayed by more than 7 days from the original schedule.
If technical or administrative issues on our end prevent you from accessing or participating in the course.
3. Eligibility for Cancellations
To qualify for a refund due to delay or other issues on our side, a cancellation request must be submitted within 7 days of the course start date.
Refund requests beyond this 7-day period will not be considered.
4. Refund Process and Timelines
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after a cancellation request is approved.
Please note that bank processing times may vary, and Learntechzo.com is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
5. Course Access and Participation
Once you access more than 25% of the course content, any refund or cancellation request will be considered invalid.
Any form of course material download or attempted access to restricted areas will make you ineligible for a refund.
6. Payment Discrepancies
In the event of duplicate payments or incorrect charges, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction to initiate a refund for the duplicate or overcharged amount.
