  • Refund requests beyond this 7-day period will not be considered.

5. Course Access and Participation

  • Once you access more than 25% of the course content, any refund or cancellation request will be considered invalid.

  • Any form of course material download or attempted access to restricted areas will make you ineligible for a refund.

  • In the event of duplicate payments or incorrect charges, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction to initiate a refund for the duplicate or overcharged amount.
